Biography

Owner and Chairman of the investment firm Stromstangen AS since 2004. Chairman and Co-founder of the Voxtra Foundation in Norway from 2008; impact investment fund with focus on the agri-sector in East Africa.

Deputy Chairman and co-founder of the European private equity firm IK Investment Partners for a period of twenty years, 1989-2009. Associate, Corporate Finance, Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York and London 1987-1989.

Board member of DNB Bank ASA in Norway, UPM in Finland, Harvard Business School, European Advisory board and NREP Advisory board.

Holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
